I think I probably know a lot more about Cuba than you do- just based on the amount of knowledge you seem to have generally- you aren't very impressive.

Now- I don't CARE what rights Juan has in Cuba (well I do care- but not for the purposes of this argument). What I do care about is that we afford people fair treatment no matter where they come from. Especially if they come from a place that is patently unfair- although I really am not sure Cuba is that place, at least not for everyone.

So there is no reason that I can see to strip Juan of rights HERE because you think he lacks rights in his OWN country- unless you have a goal to make America as "bad" as Cuba? Perhaps we should lead by example? I grant you it's more work, but it makes one look a lot less hypocritical.
