I must be suffering from guilt, since I was not away sinning but doing un-curmudgeonly things like gather loved ones around for a good time and a celebration of the continuation of family life.

but I'll be damned if I'll come back here with my heart in my hand. Just cause I left for a while doesn't mean I gotta start over. (I do have to start over in my investments, though, but that's not my fault, either.)
