The agreement calls for Sprint to provide a full suite of wireline voice and data services that will enhance QUALCOMM's connectivity among its domestic office locations, as well as those abroad.

Among the services to be provided by Sprint are virtual private network for voice, private line, international access, audioconferencing, and domestic and global frame relay - a product mix tailored to meet the unique business needs of QUALCOMM today, and adapt to those of the future, as QUALCOMM's requirements evolve.
