They needed to get the offering done before May 14, 2000, otherwise the numbers in the prospectus would have become "stale." Their prospectus included December 31, 1999 numbers and the SEC requires that you update your numbers (in this case March 31, 2000) in the event that you do not complete your offering within 135 days. If it is true that they will be releasing their March 31, 2000 numbers on Monday, I would interpret this as very bullish as they would not normally be required to file these numbers with the SEC until June 30, 2000.
