I read your post and found that I had a similar experience. I also responded in a PM to Tommy Dorsey as I didn't want to post anything negative here. Especially, with everybody saying how great the service was and how great TD is. I don't know TD personally, but the reply I received from him was arrogant and condescending. I will not post it here as it was a PM. However, he stated that it wasn't DWA's purpose to "handhold " and other such phases that made it clear to me that he resented being told anything other than how great everything was. Incidentally, I have never asked or expected anyone to hold my hand I am 100% responsible for my investment decisions.
What is the purpose of this thread? I ask myself that because as you and Jerry mentioned many people buy the book for $50 or sign up at $25 or $35 a month because of the positive comments here. Yes, people are influenced by positive comments here and I am sure that you are correct in assuming that you are responsible for others getting the book or the service. I signed up and bought the book because of it. Therefore, to put only glowing reports here-even when asked by Jan and TD to "get everything out" is dishonest. And is a disservice to readers, new and old as well as to DWA. If DWA thinks everything is fine then how can they improve the service.

There is an "I told you so" attitude. That is a fact. It is so prevalent that many posters are shamed into statements like "well it was just my greed" "I will know next time". Truth is they won't. The bottom line is, personalities aside, DWA is a business, they sell a service. The service is promoted heavily here, as something that can help you make money in the market and keep you out of the big sell offs. Ultimately, this is the acid test. What is being promoted here is that it has worked for 100 years and has worked this time because if you really understand P&F and understood the reports you would have gotten out.
It ain't so. from my experience. And I am saying it!
