Planet City Partners With Rhino
SEDONA, Ariz., May 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Planet City Corp. (OTC: PINC - news) announced today a partnership agreement with privately held Rhino, an Arizona-based designer and developer of complete e-business solutions.
``This partnership will accelerate Planet City Software's entry to the Application Services Provider (ASP) market,'' stated Terry Dennis, President & CEO of Planet City. ``Rhino offers an impressive list of Internet services that will complement our software development capabilities. We are pleased that Rhino agreed to extend their standard client offerings to accommodate our unique needs.''
Under the terms of the agreement, Rhino will physically host Planet City's web site clients and provide site management services. Planet City will design and develop the sites. The agreement also provides for lead sharing between the two firms, as well as cooperative subcontracting of personnel resources.
``Partnering with Planet City extends Rhino's reach into markets we have been unable to serve,'' said Gordon Ogden, COO, Rhino. ``In particular, Planet City's expertise with Wireless Personal Digital Assistants (WPDAs) will be valuable to our existing clients.''
Planet City is currently producing a Java/XML Component Based Development system that, when completed and combined with Rhino's offerings, will offer an unbeatable software and services value to Planet City's mid-sized and high-end web site prospects. As an ASP, Planet City will also be able to provide affordable web solutions to the small to mid-sized market.
