WCOM cheap here, but questions its short term appeal. Long term, its definitely a buy here. OXHP - Oxford Health, a beleagured HMO, broke thru 20 resistance and is trading at a short term high. Have followed this stock for quite a while. major problems, then new management, and earnings turn-around. OXHP at 21 3/8, think 30-40 on a run is doable. jmho. larry
