The Boswell Report: PC Sales Decline As ASP Rises

Allison Boswell Consulting, Inc. writes, "PC sales declined 22.9% this month
back to February's level. ASPs remain high and continue to ascend, increasing
2.6% sequentially. AMD is starting to capture the high-end market this month
although INTC continues to prevail in the volume speeds. Sales of sub-$1,000
PCs fell this month, down 26.9%, including sales of sub-$600 PCs, which
increased for the second consecutive month, up 68.4% sequentially." Full
