Some late breaking material news on EDS eBusiness-
PLANO, Texas -- EDS, Raytheon, The Information Store, and Chevron Corp. today announced the formation of UpstreamInfo.com, an independent company and a neutral, e-business information portal and applications service provider for oil and gas companies.

This business-to-business (B2B) portal will enable petroleum companies to reduce costs and have access to massive amounts of technical and business information
and associated applications that support their operations worldwide. The Internet site for the new company providing the portal is live today at upstreaminfo.com.

This sounds like this dog will hunt. With oil at $30 a pop, then this type of information must be extremely valuable. Chevron is an EDS customer and speaks well of EDS to pick up this significant B2B project.
