Your news is disturbing, particularly concerning the debt load. The receivables and cash have also increased, though not proportionately.

Executive stock options certainly aren't of much help here.

Any idea what the 529M of intangibles are? Sounds like an asset I would weight lightly on the balance sheet, especially in terms of book value.
