I think maybe what you felt ( assuming the PM you got was in the manner you felt it to be ) was frustration by Tom. We're all human and he wants people to have success using this method maybe more than anyone. His call to get out of the Nasdaq was loud and clear in the higher priced version that I use. The fact that few seemed to heed his advice bothered him....I'm sure! Then, to compound the issue, folks started to complain and yet he had advised them what to do to guard their profits. That would frustrate anyone.

I'm trying to disregard your feelings but rather shed a different light on what maybe have been a exchange taken the wrong way.
