cash. mind you the number 1450 is not set in stone...it's an approximation. the count has a downside target in the 1150 area. be aware however that the alternate bullish count argues for new highs in the major averages. so who knows really...anyway, i happen to think that the longer term cause of the bulls would be better served by a quick wash-out drop than an immediate rally. it sort of reminds one of the late '80's rallies in Japan as Fleck points out from time to time. the news are good, buy. the news are bad, buy anyway...
what's known as f*ck-you rallies, like the ones we see after every rate hike.
