I liked your analysis of the earnings potential. However, I imagine that there must be substantial costs involved in finishing the plant and bringing it "on-line." How would you think those costs would affect the earnings projections? Will all the costs end up as long-term debt on the balance sheet. Will there be large "one-time charges" against earnings for the first few years?
