Please go see my post explaining the dilution issues. VARL is a victim of its own success. The stock traded sideways for so many years (all the while reasonable amounts of options were granted) that when it finally surged about all of the options became in the money and thus included in the calculations . . . also VARL is subject (like everyone else) to some odd option accounting rules . . . anyway, this too will pass.

I too like to grip from time to time. I've held VARL through a number of events so I am about all griped out. :-) What is important to me is that the business is stable and is inexpensive at these levels. Really.
