For a bunch of executives who have essentially dedicated their lives to one company I see nothing wrong with taking some of their life back in the form of money. While we all would like to think that these folks are at the shareholders beck and call I believe that they should be able to take profits so that their life is a bit (or a lot in this case) easier.

Of note, the selling probably allowed some institutional folks into the stock because of the increase in liquidity.

I am not alarmed about the insider selling. For about as long as I can remember Kaiser has been steadily selling shares. All the years he sold at $6-$10 does not exactly make him look good now . . . :-) Anyway, as I have said before, the business is STRONG as an OX. The business will take care of itself.
