I would not be upset at SEG for selling SNDK if they needed cash for something else or even if they thought this is a good time to unload the stock because it is not going to appreciate. I trust their investment decisions because they have performed well with their investments.

I would not agree with SEG selling SNDK to provide cash to pay someone not to provide the shareholders a better offer than the Silver Lake offer. This would be spending money to benefit Silver Lake and give the stockholders less.
