Pal> I called FRB this morning to confirm my
assumption that when they used the term
'particpate' in their PR, it meant that we
would be allowed to ask questions. I was
told by a Mr. McNaly that individual
investors would not be allowed to ask
questions because of time constraints. To
say the least I am disappointed, I can only
hope that the questions we would like to be
addressed will be asked. duckster
