Peter, Please kindly forgive my interruption, but the link you supplied is to the Jacob Internet Fund. As I recall, Ryan Jacob is a kid made a name for himself buying high flying dot coms. I believe it would be a stretch to call Jacob an internet infrastructure expert. This year, his YTD performance is a negative 45.74% and he no longer looks so brilliant.

A technology fund manager who does not buy dot coms and who I think is far more knowledgeable is Kevin Landis at First Hand Funds. As of 3/31/00, WIND was the third largest holding in the Firsthand Technology Leaders Fund.

Still, your question about market perception is a very good one and I look forward to Dr. Benn's reply. I tend to think WIND's overall market visibility is hampered by non-disclosure agreements and a subsequent lack of press releases. However, one result of the recent road show was new coverage by Prudential Securities with a Strong Buy rating. There are now 5 Strong Buys and 2 Moderate Buys on WIND.

Best Regards, Huey
