Hi - no comment on other offers coming around. I am not privy to any of this, nor would I comment if I was. Anyhow... I understand that the special meeting of shareholders will take place in July re: this acquisition. If it is approved, take the average price of WFT for the 10 preceeding trading days, divide by 2.50CDN, and that is the ratio. JK
