thanks to lokeren on the raging bull boards for this update on the envoy acquisition: "I have been in touch with HLTH and asked the following question: "Many shares holders are concerned about the closure of the ENVOY deal. We realize that government and law has to take its course, but as shareholders we would appreciate knowing the status. If you have releasable news regarding the above, please let me know and I will post it on our board." Pamela Vitulli of HLTH answered the following (today) verbatim: "We have submitted answers to the DOJ to additional questions they had regarding this deal. If all of their concerns are satisfied we expect to close this deal on or about May 29th." sounds like we'll be hearing something (either way) soon. good luck. coach
