Joe; I also had a very bad experience with Preview Travel. I purchased a hotel room thru them for a night in Las Vegas. I ended up receiving a room in a 2 star hotel for a 5 star price. I could have gone to the 5 star hotel directly and paid the same price as Preview Travel charged me for the 2 star room. Next time I will use these travel sites to obtain information only, but make my reservations directly, the old fashioned way. S Pal
