VIA.B 56 5/8 = CBS 61.44
VIA 57 7/8 ==> 2.2% premium to Class B shares.

Over the last 12 months the premium widened slightly as VIA returned 41% vs. 36%.

YTD VIA down 6% versus -8%

Over 2 years VIA 98% VIA.B 93%
Over 5 years VIA 134% VIA.B 133%
On a couple of occasions this year for a short period of time VIA.B was at a premium to VIA. That appears to be an anomaly, as it should be. The range looks to be between a premium of 5% to a discount of 2% w/ average being roughly 1% premium for VIA.

A very small premium makes intuitive sense because Redstone controls the voting shares.
