Doug: I understand the loyalty of the ANCR shareholders but in reality QLGC is acquiring ANCR. The best resolution for ANCR (its employees, customers and shareholders) will be for a quick integration into QLGC (I wrote quick, not painless). I also feel it will be best for this thread to die quietly once the deal is done. This will only be a remant of the past and everyone should move on. I vote for a new thread tied to QLGC. Tim
