Well Wayne, I have some good news for you. At the rate SHPH is falling we will hit your criteria in just 3 short days !! siliconinvestor.com Well that's the good news. The not-so-good news is that now that the 15th is here, we are getting to see the quarterly reports of some of the many OTCBB companies we know and love. Most of them do not inspire confidence even if interest rates were heading down ! <g> But I guess we will just have to wait and see what tomorrow brings. Regards, Chris
