LongBeach, any comment on the European spectrum licensing? Barrons points out the heavy costs incurred by carriers just to play the game Vodafone costs were huge as successful bidder they sold Orange PLC to defray costs $50 billion is a lot of chicken to float it seems to me that the winners might to some extent suffer a Pyrrhic victory, winners in bidding, but crippled by the expenses from paying the price to play... all the winner bidders must have deeeep pockets to continue I think Barrons quoted the Vodafone win as costing $98 per man/woman/child in Britain just to play... forgive the exactness in detail, capture the essence / Jim
