Worry not about Compaq. They do not have the Starfire Class technology that SUNW acquired from Cray research and developed. Also they do not have the relationships that SUNW has built with software solution vendors like ORACLE. Now when USIII comes out look for a surge in sales, even though USII didn't do so bad for itself. Other players in this space are just going to "nibble around the edges" of a market that is so huge that there is actually room for them.

SUNW has first vendor advantage in this space which they own market share.
