Yes, but the lag effect of rate hikes has not made it visible at this point in rear view mirror stats but I doubt if the growth rate is down to where the Fed. would like it...

Nobody knows the answer to this one ... not even the Greenman himself. Watch the wording in the statement. That's all that matters at this point. Last hike, Fed. said "risks are weighted mainly toward conditions that may generate heightened inflation pressures" and that "economic conditions" were "essentially unchanged" since February.
