So is there an actual lawsuit proceeding in this mess. If so, how can the gaming commissions of these states let a company with a CEO indicted on whatever SEC charges operate in their states. I have done no DD in LACO, but they seem to have contracts with Indian casinos. This could be interesting to watch.
