I don't think general market conditions have much influence on beaten down stocks like PRCY. It will set its own course when it's ready. But, what's it waiting for? Lots of good news and continuously improving sales should suggest a better market cap. Or am I missing something? Maybe sentiment suggests higher interest rates may nip their recovery in the bud?
