mishedlo. Dell is not paying $25 and selling at exorbitant prices. That would destroy the Rambus royalty structure which is based on a % fee. Since there is a load of unsold Rambus memory the spot is lower than the contract price as OEMs try to unload it. Spot goes higher in a shortage period. there is not shortage of Rambus product. there is a shortage of buyers. Bill
