That site looks harmless. Belongs on the interesting sites board. I like to stick to the bad ones here.

it is a scientific method for predicting splits, and as followers of dumb advice know, investing because a stock has split (and will therefore quickly return to its pre-split price, giving you the same price and more shares) is, well... dumb.
