but aren't most criminal search warrants issued without notifying the occupants of the home to be searched? If police had learned pre-acquittal that O.J., for example, was keeping the bloody knife in his closet, why should he be notified that the police may be coming by to conduct a search? I thought the whole point was to do these things by surprise so that evidence is not destroyed.
Once again, you confuse the issue and obfuscate. Gordon's comments were clear. You messed up this time, though, and didn't accuse him of some crime against humanity.
They also struck down today the Congressional Act that gave rape victims the right to sue for damages, saying that this is a states' right violation.
Confuse and obfuscate. You've learned well from the Klinton Krowd. That's their game too. Don't actually lie, just misrepresent the truth. The Supremes didn't take away the ability of rape victims to sue, they said that is a STATE issue, not something the National Gov't should legislate (actually, the defense for the Gov't was the Constitutional clause that allows control over interstate commerce -- now, THAT's a stretch!). It follows right along with Feinstein's bill that made it a National crime to bring a gun within some distance, I think it was 500 yards, of a school. The Supremes threw that out too.
