jc - the OEM is busting your chops. I have seen many versions of the "standard contract" and they all include the OEM honoring terms of the EULA. Your OEM just is too lazy to do the right thing. You're probably the first person who pointed out what they had obligated themselves to in their OEM contract. Some lawyer will earn his pay for a change explaining to the OEM management what they signed up for... don't give up, there's gold at the end of the rainbow!!
