10Q is out, and nothing is new.

Balance sheet is just as horrible as any I've ever seen. No more dilution since March, though, with 58,977,980 shares out as of May 12, 2000

That would give the stock a market cap of about $7 M, which I'd say is way too much.

I agree that there's no apparent reason that they didn't just unwind the company, instead of contriving this complicated structure that can only lose more money.

The only thing I can think of is that long ago, Crane arranged that all the intellectual property rights for his compass connector would revert to him, in case of the company going bankrupt. Could it be that this would still be true? That could be a reason for somebody to delay the BK. Just a thought, anyway.
