Are we in a tornado or not?

The tornado cycle is typified by a severe inversion in the supply and demand dynamics. Because SanDisk is booked out for the next several quarters and because the entire flash market it supply constrained it is my opinion that we are already in a tornado cycle for flash memory. Also, look at the top line revenue and EPS acceleration for SanDisk. I think this says it all.

It is hard to find a more compelling investment case than the case for SanDisk currently, especially since the share price has absolutely cratered despite all the good news. The "SanDisk Paradox" is alive and well.

I also wanted to give credit to Steve Malsin who posted a link a few weeks ago that suggested total revenues from digital camera sales this year will exceed SLR sales. This is yet further substantiation of the tornadic activity that surrounds SanDisk.
