Interesting read, Troy. Personally, I wish that VSH would take out the remaining SILI in a stock deal. There is really no incentive for VSH to promote the share price of SILI, and the marketplace will keep the share price down since VSH is in control. I suspect that the forward P/E on SILI is around 13. I am long both VSH and SILI. regards
