Stephen Goldstein (212) 302-6400 ext. 210 -They are now making private label jeans for VF Corporation (NYSE: VFC), the world's largest apparel company. -They are waiting to get approved for trading on the OTCBB. -Filing 10k soon. -Waiting for 2nd part of deal to go through in 4-6 weeks on remaining H.I.S. Sportswear AG shares buyout. -He was very negative about the NBRG buyout. His company is worth much more than what they are offering.
