Yes but as CSCO grows it will have to acquire more and more furthur dilluting it's stock. If pooling of interest goes away then kiss CSCO's growth rate good bye... Look at the good will in the filings and remove the good will write off and see if CSCO made any money last qtr...

EDIT: Don't forget there are a limited amount of companies for CSCO to aquire. At some pt they will be paying a prem for companies that don't exist...
