Hi Master I have to say that after talking with Average Joe last night either I misunderstood his position or he has changed his position- I don't know which. But he isn't insisting that Elian stay here, I THINK we are down to just the issue of a hearing. Average Joe (if I understand him correctly) would like Elian to have one. I think his position is much more reasonable in that form than the positions of other people who have posted here. I set out why I disagree with it- because of the parental issue- but I felt a real rapprochement was reached. Maybe I am in error, but I felt that way.
