Amplats unveils $1.7 billion in platinum projects. "Just to put things in perspective, Amplats' R12 billion spending target over the next five years (which does not include announced projects) is just under a third of its current market capitalisation of some R39 billion. It also represents the majority of nearest rival Impala Platinum which has a market value of R15.7 billion.
