Can someone explain why INTC is sitting with a 100 share Ask at 120.25 left over from Friday? The market moves up and down past that quote in both directions, but it just keeps sitting there on the L II screen. The current Bid is above 121.

Looks like some MM (GAIN) put that quote on the system and left to go fishing for the week. Surely there's a better explanation though.
