Mike: The CEO has one fixation viz Revenue expansion thru acquisition. He seems to be oblivious of the reaction to his
objectives. The street is concerned with earnings, revenue and the growth of both earnings and revenue. If you review GEAC's financials, U will observe that except for revenue & revenue growth, everything else is -ve.

It is time for shareholders to demand better accountability and performance. The Company really believes that the Street is wrong and that they are right. In fact, I was told they are going to put on a dog and pony show this summer and
make some presentations to the Analysts in the big cities.
I dont think that will have the same effect as a Quarterly statement with solid earnings.
