Actually, I'm sadly long. But your prediction simply defies any logic. It's easy to talk about market alliances, no debt etc. But the company had been run by a couple of very greedy tax lawyers and they cut themselves a sweetheart deal. They always managed to keep earnings neg. in the claim of building assets for the future. Well, they got paid off (surprise!) leaving shareholders dry. But they are still lurking in the shadows. New management has yet to prove they can/want to do something for the shareholders. Jury is still out.
