Ken, I got a feeling that maybe people were worried about the supply of shares issue due to BCE. As a result we probably had reluctant buyers and possibly short sellers. I classify myself as a reluctant buyer in the past even though I think this is the best stock to own going forward.
OF course I have loaded up.

Like Roth stated, people bought BCE for its NT holding anyways and are not likely to sell it. Most retail investors would not be buying BCE type of stocks; sticking mostly to tech.
