Yes, they nmay have been purchased on anticipation. Remember, INTC was rumored to bein the market for about 30 systems prior to the info posted that they may see a way to stall this off. CYMI sells to 3 or more stepper companies. Each needs to have some supply for manufacturing spare parts, applications labs, etc.

Please do not forget the 1 of a kind systems to be purchased by the university environment across the globe. Actually 84 really does seem reasonable.
