Bosco, thanks for the thoughtful response.

I am hoping that Tice doesn't have some additional ammo that isn't public yet.

I never say never. Hopefully the Tice report is complete, and factored into the market.

It paid money to buy Tyco when Tice mentioned that company in his report. So hopefully the "cdo" bad news is out in the open.
