Paul O'Neill $6,400,000 for 107,700 employees = $60/employee

Vari-L
J. Kiser $613,000 for 219 employees = $2,800/employee******

Wages/employee has to be one of the dumbest comparisons I've ever seen.

The dilution issue has been beaten to death. Look, if the stock hadn't risen the dilution wouldn't have occurred, so we're victims of VARL's own success. Dogman already pointed out that most of the potential dilution was evident in prior filings, so why should people be so surprised?
