("Airbomb" or the "Company") has received approval from the Canadian Venture Exchange, and pursuant to a special resolution passed by shareholders February 16, 2000, the company has changed its name from Airbomb.com Marketing Ltd. to Airbomb.com Inc. Approval of the name change was required before moving the Company's incorporation to Delaware. Airbomb.com Inc. is now a United States incorporated company. The Company plans to file a Form 10-SB registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The shares of Airbomb.com Inc. will continue to trade on the CDNX under the symbol AIR. The shares also currently trade in the U.S. on the OTC pink sheets under the symbol ABOMF. There was no consolidation of share capital. There are currently 11,135,462 shares issued and outstanding. The Company's transfer agent continues to be Pacific Corporate Trust Company of Vancouver. About Airbomb Airbomb.com.
