Hi all - in all fairness, straight employee count is not only simplistic, but also fallacious. Rather, it should be productivity/employee. That said, IMHO, CEO ROI is a fair game. While VARL is not as bad as outfits like Reebok, it is fair to demand shareholder equities in the face of rising CEO wages, and sometimes at the expense of employees! As far as VARL is concerned, maybe it is mediocre. best, Bosco
