I don't think so. Both stocks are up. Corel is up twice as much. --- I think overall investors saw INPR as an albatross for Corel.

If investors had liked the news, CORL would have moved up and stayed there. If arbitrageurs were closing their positions we would see a lot of activity in the first hour of trading with a steady drop afterwards.

Now go and check the intraday chart ( quote.yahoo.com ), and you'll see which of the two explanations is the correct one.
